On June 7, 2022, Zavodski District Court of Minsk passed a verdict in the criminal case against the coordinator of the Flying University, political prisoner Tatsiana Vadalazhskaya, who was charged under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them).

Judge Aleh Kaliada considered the case.

Tatsiana Vadalazhskaya is a well-known sociologist, an expert in the analytical group of the Agency for Humanitarian Technologies, coordinator of the Flying University, and an analyst at the Center for European Transformation.

She was arrested on August 4, 2021, after a search of her apartment and sentenced to 10 days of administrative imprisonment. On August 14, Vadalazhskaya was released after spending 10 days in detention.

On March 23, 2022, Tatsiana was detained again when she went to the Investigation Committee to get an answer to her request for permission to go to Lithuania for medical treatment. She was placed in pre-detention center.

The prosecution requested 2.5 years of freedom restriction in an open-type penitentiary and the judge sustained the request.

Tatsiana Vadalazhskaya was released awaiting the commencement of the sentence.
