At 4 p.m. on 26 February in the office of the BPF Party in Varvashenia Street, 8 the Public Association “Human Rights Center “Viasna” will present its “Review-Chronicle of the human rights violations in Belarus in 2002”. The people, victimized by the authorities, human rights activists, representatives of public organizations and political parties will take part in the presentation.
