The Supreme Economic Court didn’t satisfy the fourth complaint of Ramuald Ulan, founder of the “Novaya Gazeta Smorgoni”, leaving in force the verdict of Hrodna Regional Economic Court that deprived him of the right to business activity.
The Supreme Economic Court found “no reasons for protest” in the complaint. Ya. Smirnow, first vice-Head of the court considered that during 2002 the businessman really repeatedly violated the law. In his complaint R. Ulan tried to prove that the verdict of Hrodna Regional Economic Court was illegal, referring to letters from the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Economy.
