January 9 Barysaw city court heard the case of Alexander Monich, member of Zubr unregistered youth movement. Alexander Monich was detained on December 10, 2003 during the action “We Remember”, which took place on the Human Rights Day. Judge found Monich guilty of violation of Art 167-1 part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offences and issued him an official warning.
