According to “Charter-97”
The worker of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Belarus Ivan Sukhaverka informed the advocate of Mikhail Marynich Vera Stramkowskaya that there were “no reasons to discharge” her client.
The advocate filed the petition for changing of the restraint on 21 July. Vera Stramkowskaya states that there are no reasons to keep M. Marynich in custody at the KGB investigative ward, because the article upon which he is charged (illegal storage of arms) doesn’t demand obligatory custody and the politician is not summoned to interrogations.
