In the morning of October 2 Chrystafor Zhelapaw, head of Vitebsk Lew Sapeha foundation was stopped by road police near Beshankovichy. They gave made up reasons (allegedly, the car was registered as stolen) and did not let Zhelapaw to continue his trip. Zhelapaw was traveling from Vitebsk to Lepel. The leaflets were in the car trunk. The police officers confiscated the leaflets “Say “No” at Referendum!” from his car trunk.
