Observers in Vitsebsk are sure that the construction of the pre-term ballot-box gives way for unlimited falsifications.

On October 12 the head of Vitsebsk department of the Leo Sapeha Foundation, Khrystafor Zheliapau, examined the construction of the pre-term ballot-box at the district #2 of the Pershamajski district (the chair of the commission – Aliaksandar Kazlou):
THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX IS FIXED WITH A SHAPE WITH THREE SCREWS. According to the opinion of the observer this gives lots of opportunities for opening the box at any moment.

Mr. Zheliapau also noted that in this case putting a stamp on the top of the box does not make it more safe.
