Medicians in Vitsebsk are made to participate in pre-term elections.

On October 12 a meeting was organized at Local Medical Association-4 at 15:00 to discuss pre-term elections. The meeting was organized by the initiative of the administration. A representative of Vitsebsk executive committee participated in the meeting. The head of LMA-4 Viktar Bataw proposed the staff to vote in advance saying that this is not good to delay the elections for the second tour and spend money in vain so people should say YES at the referendum. He also insistently recommended voting for the authorities’ candidate – Siamashka. Mr. Batauw also noted that the personnel department should keep the lists of those who votes in advance and to forward the list to the deputy of the head physician.
