Judge of Minsk Tsentralny Borough Court Aliaksandr Bychko started administrative trial against the Krishait society in Minsk. The inspector of public security department, captain Nestsiarovich accused them in liturgical services in a private house, which is allegedly prohibited by the law. The policeman referred to absence of permission of Minsk Tsentralny Borough Executive Committee.
The members of the society explained that they have gathered in the private house for 14 years already and the juridical address of the society is there. Till this moment the authorities had no pretensions to them. They think that this trial can bring the liquidation of the society.
