Belsayuzdruk enterprise has urgently broken the agreement for the distribution of the Arche magazine. The order that was signed by the former information minister Mikhail Padhayny will come into force on 2 December.
The official reason is that the magazine sells bad. The founder of the magazine Andrey Dynko argues against it saying that for the six years of its existence only 10-30% of the circulation weren’t sold out. It’s also worth mentioning that in October 2004 Belkniha enterprise broke a similar agreement with the magazine. So, Arche has already lost the ways to sell 80% of its circulation. The only method remaining is to distribute it through subscription. The circulation of every number is 1 100 copies.
