On December 17 Frunzenski borough court sentenced Maksim Veniarski to 15 days of jail.
Maksim Veniarski and Andrei Baranaw were detained on December 7 for distribution of Vybar underground newspaper. The newspaper contained information about the street action scheduled for December 10 and dedicated to the international day of human rights. Maksim Veniarski and Andrei Baranaw were charged under Article 167-1 of the Code of Administrative Offences (violation of the procedure of holding mass events) and had to spend a night in a detention center.
