On 14 February ZUBR movement held an action of support to political prisoners in the city of Barysaw. The action participants stuck posters with the slogan “Set Marynich Free” to the advertisement boards, handed out the special issue of Svobodnaya Gazeta, devoted to the Belarusian politicians who have been imprisoned for their political views. They also collected signatures for the release of the prisoners.
As a result, policemen in plain clothes detained Aliaksandr Malchanaw, Vital Yankowski and Mikhail Staravoytaw who collected the signatures. The detainees were taken to Barysaw City Board of Internal Affairs and were let go after the reports against them were composed.
