On 1 April journalists of Intex-press newspaper were denied information in two cases. The officials of the housing economy L. Astapchyk and V. Kudlasevich refused to present the information about the fulfillment of the “Balcony repair program” to journalist Aksana Lianko. They said that they could give it only if she submitted a written inquiry to the chair of the organization.
The same day I. Stasevich, chair of Baranavichy City Executive Committee, refused to tell to the Intex-press journalist A. Charnenka the results of the check-up of the three sportive schools subordinate to the board. The official said it was internal information that couldn’t be published in a newspaper.
