Hary Pahaniayla did not agree to the wording and took the case to court requiring complete acquittal. "This is what the procurator's office of Minsk does not want to acknowledge as the truth and so resumed criminal proceedings against me", commented Hary Pahaniayla the actions of the city procurator's office in an interview with Radio Liberty.
