The suit concerns the warning the newspaper received on 13 April by terms of Article 5 of the Law on the Press for two March articles. The first article was published on 3 March and was entitled "Virtual war of a granddaughter and a grandmother". The Ministry of Information believed that the author (A.Sivy) published the materials of the case being investigated without written agreement of the judge. On 31 March the newspaper published "An appeal to the Afghan War veterans" by the leader of the Yury Zakharanka's movement "Defenders of Homeland" Mr.Volchak. The Ministry of Information considered this to be distribution of information on behalf of an unregistered association.
