Two participants of the unregistered movement Zubr were detained in Mahilou. This happened on 19 July, in the second half of the day, reported Radio Liberty.
Valadar Tsurpanau and Maxim Dvaretski handed out the Vybar newspaper outside Tsentralny Department Store. The police detained them and kept in the police station for about three hours.
They made reports registering administrative violations allegedly committed by the Zubr activists: for distributing printed materials without an imprint, and in the case of Valadar Tsurpanau – for failing to obey police orders.
After reports have been made, the detained Zubr activists were let go.
