Mikita Sasim, Zubr movement coordinator, filed a complaint against the illegal actions by riot police

Mikita Sasim, Zubr movement coordinator beaten by riot police on 16 September, is now in hospital with a craniocerebral injury.
On 17 September Mikita Sasim filed an application requiring that riot police officers be called to account. The application was accepted by Tsentralny DDIA of Minsk.
Mikita Sasim was beaten on 16 September in Minsk during the We Remember action devoted to the 6th anniversary of the disappearance of the politician Viktar Hanchar and the businessman Anatol Krasouski. Apart from Mikita Sasim, another six participants got various traumas on the same day.
We would like to remind you that the detentions of the Zubr activists took place on the same day in other towns.
Two Zubr activists were detained in Mahilou. These are Iauhien Suvorau and Uladzislau Barodka, who were handing out fly sheets with information about the disappearance of public activists in Belarus, and about political prisoners.
