On 15 September this year the deputy chair of the Supreme Court of Belarus Vyshkievich again refused to grant the complaint filed by the Hrodna activist of the REP trade union Mr. Kurhanski.
The case concerned the decision taken by an administrative commission that fined Mr. Kurhanski for distribution of printed materials without an imprint, and additionally fined for "abusing the procedural rights" which he complained against in the Supreme Court.
After the refusal Mr. Kurhanski still does not find himself guilty and is going to appeal against the decision taken by the administrative commission in the international courts.
