Police Confiscated 5 000 Calendars with Milinkevich’s Portrait

At the railway station of the town of Masty six policemen met Iauhen Skarabutan, who arrived there from Hrodna. Ales Zarembiuk, member of Masty District Deputy Soviet, member of the initiative group of Aliaksandr Milinkevich, waited for him there. Both of them were taken to the district police board. There the policemen confiscated from Skarabutan 5 000 calendars with Milinkevich’s portrait and the video-cassette with the film Usual President (about Lukashenka’s rule). They composed the report on detention and the report on confiscation.

Later the chair of the ideology board of Masty District Executive Committee Natallia Dubitskaia arrived. She took part in watching of the video and put her signature in the explanations that were composed by the detainees. Two hours after the detention Zarembiuk and Skarabutan were let go.
