Aliaksandr Kazakou and Dzmitry Zubro, activists of the youth movement Zubr, are accused by terms of Article 363 part 2 of the Criminal Code (resistance to a police officer or other person responsible for public order)

The investigator of the Prosecutor Office of Tsentralny Borough of Minsk allowed them to read a resolution about charges brought against them. The activists were detained on December 28, 2005 at night for making graffiti. The young people had spent more than two days in a detention center before the criminal case was brought.
