The investigator of the Prosecutor Office of Tsentralny Borough of Minsk allowed them to read a resolution about charges brought against them. This article provides punishment by restricting freedom for five years or imprisonment for the same time. Dzmitry Zubr and Aliaksandr Kazakou were told in the Prosecutor’s Office that their criminal case to court.
The activists were detained on December 28, 2005 at night for making graffiti. The young people had spent more than two days in a detention center before the criminal case was brought.
