In Homel unidentified people without passports collect signatures for Lukashenka

As became known to Human Rights Center Viasna, on 20 January in Homel starting motors plant a woman who had an initiative group membership ID for "Sviatlana Zharyna" but no passport was collecting signatures for Lukashenka. This was revealed when one of the potential signers asked the signature collector to show the passport. She could not produce her passport and immediately left, accompanied by the deputy director of the enterprise.
