The deputy of the head of the Conservative Christian BPF Party Siarhei Papkou was detained by the police

On Junuary 13 the deputy of the head of the Conservative Christian BPF Party was detained in the subway of Iakub Kolas square. The opposition member was taken to the detention center where he was informed that the special group of the police from the Savietski Borough was going to examine his case.
Then, Siarhei Papkou was taken to the car park where he stayed for half an hour. He was explained that his detention is connected to his attempts to call to democratic elections. After the negotiations with the heads of the police, the police officers who detained Papkou let him go.
