In Astrautsy the police searched the apartment of Ivan Kruk, a collector of signatures for Aliaxandr Milinkievich
The investigator had a sanction to search the apartment because Ivan Kruk's son, a 10th grade student, is suspected of stealing money from a pensioner, reported Radio Liberty.
Ivan Kruk says that his son is a well-bred young man and could not steal anything. For two days he talked with his son about that case and the son swore he had not done anything of the kind. Ivan Kruk says that his son is weeping and asks his father to believe him.
During the search, said Ivan Kruk, the police found and confiscated 15 bulletins of the Congress of Democratic Forces, which took place last year.
Then they became interested in the computer. Ivan Kruk said angrily that the computer could in no way be related to the theft from the pensioner. The police also wanted to confiscate it, but Ivan Kruk dropped it unto the floor and broke it.
Ivan Kruk is the head of the United Civil Party branch and is now collecting signatures in favor of Aliaxandr Milinkievich.
