The pensioner Iryna Kapytkova collected signatures for Aliaksandr Milinkevich in the village of Vishova (Bialynichy district) and simultaneously handed to people calendars for 2006 with Milinkevich’s portraits. After the chair of Vishova Village Soviet Natallia Haluza verified the collected signatures, a policeman confiscated the calendars from the villagers. The pensioner was charged with distribution of unregistered printed production and fined 29 000 rubles (about $12). It is quite interesting that Mikola Miatselitsa, who handed out calendars as well, managed to prove he gave them as gifts and was justified.
