According to Charter’97
On 2 March Minsk City Procurator’s Office gave the official charges to the members of the unregistered organization Partnership Mikalai Astreika, Enira Branitskaia, Tsimafei Dranchuk and Aliaksandr Shalaika. They are accused of violation of part 2 of article 193 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (directing unregistered public association).
On 22 February the members of Partnership were detained on suspicion in directing an organization that violates rights of citizens. KGB searched their flats and confiscated all information carriers. Later the chair of KGB Stsiapan Sukharenka labeled them as coordinators of the provocations that allegedly were to have taken place during the street actions of 19 March.
