Baranavichy: State Ideologists Show Their Real Face

At 5 p.m. in Savetskaia St. 17, opposite Baranavichy City Executive Committee the agitators for Milinkevioch Iryna Laurouskaia, Kanstantsin Turchaniak, Siarhei Vakulenka and Uladzimir Vialichkin were insulted and intimidated by two women, who also tried to tear off and destroy the agitation materials. They even demonstratively tore one of the fly-sheets. The agitators had to call the police. The women tried to flee and hid in the building of Baranavichy City Executive Committee. One of them the police found in a lavatory. It was the worker of the ideological department of the executive committee Larysa Antonava. The other one was found later - it was the chair of the ideological department Tatsiana Zhytko.

The agitator Iryna Laurouskaia composed an application to the police concerning the insults and interference with the agitation. The witnesses gave their testimonies on the incident. The policemen promised to discriminate in the situation within 10-day term and give an answer to the applicant.
