On 9 March near Liubenski supermarket in Homel the police detained for handing out the agitation booklets the agitators for Aliaksandr Milinkevich, the candidate to the presidential election that had been nominated by the united democratic forces. The representative of Homel Savetski Borough Executive Committee Uladzislau Zabiaka composed on the detainees reports for violation of the electoral legislation.
