At about 9.30 p.m. on 13 March Siarhei Niahatsin, an activist of Mahiliou headquarters of the candidate of the united democratic forces to the presidential position Aliaksandr Milinkevich, walked out of the headquarters and was detained by the police who took him to Mahiliou Leninski Borough Board of Internal Affairs. There the police composed a report for violation of article 156 of the Code of Administrative Violations (petty hooliganism). They stated he called names. Despite the detainee’s demands, the police didn’t admit to him his representative Barys Bukhel. After composition of the report Mr Niahatsin was taken to a temporary detention cell to be kept there till the trial that was appointed on 14 March.
