According to Brest human rights activist Uladzimir Vialichkin at about 10.30 a.m. on 14 March unknown persons in plain clothes pulled Stsiapan Navaselchan, proxy of the candidate to presidency Aliaksandr Milinkevih, into his own car and drove him away in unknown direction. Mr Vialichkin said the ‘plain clothes' could belong to the local police and went to a police station to look for Mr Navaselchan there.
