Baranavichy: Activist of Milinkevich’s Electoral Headquarters Siarhei Andrushchanka Sentenced to 7 Days of Jail, Activist of Kazulin’s Headquarters Viktar Karlinski – to 6 Days, Six Citizens Fined for ‘Participation in Unauthorized Assembly’
On 16 March in Baranavichy the member of the electoral headquarters of Aliaksandr Milinkevich and chair of Baranavichy branch of the United Civil Party Siarhei Andrushchanka was sentenced to 7 days of jail. The activist of the electoral headquarters of Aliaksandr Kazulin Viktar Karlinski was sentenced to 6 days of jail. Both were accused of violation of article 156 of the Code of Administrative Violations, petty hooliganism.
On 16 May Baranavichy City and District Court fined six activists of Milinkevich’s headquarters: Viktar Aliakhnovich, Aliaksandr Halkevich, Uladzimir Housha, Mikhail Minin, Karnei Piatrovich and Mikalai Severtsau for participation in unauthorized assembly (they gathered in a flat).
The police paid a visit to the apartment of the activist of Kazulin’s headquarters in Baranavichy Ales Pikula, but he wasn’t home. They also try to find the activist of Milinkevich’s headquarters Viktar Meziak dropping at his place from time to time.
