Brest: Police Assault Brest City Headquarters of Aliaksandr Milinkevich
At about 7 p.m. on 16 March the office of Brest city electoral headquarters of Aliaksandr Milinkevich was ringed by the police. At that time 2 guys and 2 girls were in. When they went out, they were ringed by 20 policemen, who videoed them. The policemen said all people who would attempt to enter the office would be given groundless charges of illegal getting to the apartment. The members of Brest headquarters don’t rule out that the police planned a raid with the aim to detain the chair of Brest regional headquarters Iury Hubarevich. We should remind that Brest police have already detained Milinkevich’s proxy Stsiapan Navaselchan, the chair of Brest city headquarters Dzmitry Shymanski and the member of the headquarters Ryhor Bakievich, member of Brest regional branch of the BPF Party.
