On 17 March in Zhodzina the youth activist Dzmitry Chartkou was sentenced to 7 days of jail for alleged violation of article 166 of the Code of Administrative Violations (disobedience to police orders). The police detained him on 16 March and took to a police station, accusing of hooliganism. Before the imprisonment Dzmitry Chartkou took an active part in the agitation for the candidate to the presidential position Aliaksandr Milinkevich.
