According to RFE/RL
On 17 March in Minsk the police detained the public activists Iury Karetnikau, Siarhei Kastylenka, Dzmitry Matselski, Siarhei Salash, Iauhen Skarabutan, Ales Zarembiuk in a private apartment in Kolas St. During the search they confiscated several national white-red-white flags. Then they drove the detainees to Minsk Savetski Borough Board of Internal Affairs and composed on them violation reports. It was Friday and the police didn’t take the detainees to court by 6 p.m. That’s why most probably the detainees would be kept in the detention center in Akrestsin St. by 20 March, as it is usually practiced in Belarus, where courts don’t work on Saturdays and Sundays.
