On 15 March the citizen of Valyntsy village of Verkhniadzinsk district of Vitsebsk region Aliaksei Shafran was sentenced to 15 days of jail. The reason was that he together with his elder brother Andrei wrote ‘He Pissed Us off!’ and ‘We Want New One!’ at about 1-2 p.m. on 9 March in the village, and signed the graffiti - ‘Shafran’.
