According to BelaPAN information agency
In the morning of 19 March four Moscow students, journalists of the newspaper Pravoye delo, came to Homel. The secret services immediately detained three of them - Aleksandr Golmakov, Andrey Khachaturov and Aleksey Novosyolov - and passed him to the police. The fourth journalist, Dmitriy Volov, was detained later.
D.Volov said the police checked their documents, but didn’t explain the reasons for the detention - only said that their stay in the city was undesirable. At 2.40 p.m. the detainees were taken onboard of the electric train to the nearest Russian town and deported from Belarus.
