The judgment according to article 435 of the criminal code of Belarus was announced by Kanstantsin Chyrkun. Mikita Sasim admits his sentence only partially as he hasn’t rejected the service being on a checkup after his head trauma during the demonstration dispersal. He came to the military registration and enlistment office when he got appointments and explains the persecution by political reasons.
The organization “Amnesty International” called Mikita Sasim a prisoner of conscience if he is condemned.
