Homel: UCP Members Are Fined and Informed about it by Mail

The members of Homel branch of the United Civil Party Andrei and Katsiaryna Tolchyns were fined 155 000 rubles each by Homel Savetski borough administrative commission for distribution of printed editions without imprint (violation of article #172 of the Code of Administrative Violations). The matter is that on 24 April the Tolchyns handed out flyers about the prohibition of the Chernobyl Way action with participation of Aliaksandr Milinkevich by Homel Regional Executive Committee. Their administrative case was considered by the commission in their absence. The rulings of the commission, signed by its chair Mikhail Shyshkou, were sent to them by mail.
