THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE WITHDRAWS THE SUIT AGAINST THE LIQUIDATION OF “THE UNION OF BELARUSIAN AUTHORS”!!!

Today, on May 22 at 2:30 pm the Supreme Court of Belarus had another sitting on the case of the Ministry of Justice action against the oldest art organization in Belarus - “The Union of Belarusian Authors”.
A representative of the Ministry Aliaksandr Kharyton was reporting in court. He announced the application of the Ministry signed by the Minister Viktar Halavanau about the liquidation of the organization. The reasons named in the application: “The Union of Belarusian Authors” had corrected all the faults the Ministry found and the Ministry taking into consideration this fact and the fact of the UBA friends’ applications decided to withdraw the case. The judge Ihar Milto approved the application and noticed the Ministry of Justice may repeat the same claims no more.
