On June 21 Anton Iasinovich was charged with distributing printed media without proper date-line. Apart from that he is accused of using foul language.
Iasinovich had spent three hours in a police station, before he was taken to prison.
Iasinovich was detained for distributing leaflets agitating people to defend the countrys independence, which appeared in Polatsk on the eve of the Russia-Belarus Parliamentary session. At the same time, he did not have any leaflets on him when arrested.
