Maskouski Borough Court Fined Kryscina Shacikava And Garachka Natallia
On July 7 Maskouski Borough Court of Minsk City considered administrative cases of Kryscina Shacikava and Natallia Garachka and fined both activists according to article 156 of the administrative code.
The ladies were delivered to the court building from the back door and the judge rejected petition of Shacikava requesting the process to be open. The detention protocol was written by policeman Laurankovich, his colleagues Levanovich and Golias witnessed at the sitting, the latter wasn’t even present at the moment of detention.
After the verdict was announced the ladies were convoyed to Maskouski police department. In words of Shacikava “it is an attempt to intimidate and create obstacles for Natallia Garachka as she should give evidence at the process of Kazulin.”
