Paval Latushka, Belarusan ambassador in Poland was called to Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to give explanations concerning refusal of entry to Belarus for Polish senators, said press-secretary of Polish MFA Andzej Sadas.
The press-secretary didn’t give information about the details of the conversation. He underlined that Polish side is especially resented by the interpretation of denial. Professor Stelmachowski, leader of “Wspolnota Polska”, received entry visa to Belarus but at the border the visa was cancelled. The cancellation was explained by “new circumstances”.
Stelmachowski was heading to Belarus to take part in celebration of anniversary of the liberation of Vilnius by Armia Krajova in 1944.
