Nasta Chekhauskaia and Katsia Fursa were detained in Minsk on July 27 while mounting a transparency BUNT. After that they were summonsed to Tsentralny Board of Internal Affairs. However, the summons did not bear any names or stamps. The reason was not indicated either. According to some lawyers, such documents have no legal effect.
