According to RFE/RL
On 16 August in the village of Batsevichy (Klichau district of Mahiliou region) Kiryla Parazhynski and four other persons carried out an action of solidarity with victims of political repression. The local police inspector called a police brigade from Klichau which arrested the activist. Klichau District Court sentenced Mr Parazhynski to five days of jail. According to him, after the verdict was read, the police took away all his belongings including the mobile phone, which was reflected in the appropriate protocol. After Kiryla was released he found that the telephone was disconnected because of the debt. He received a print-out of the calls made and found that somebody used the mobile while he was under arrest.
