In the morning of September 20 Homel police detained UCP activist Andrei Tolchyn. He was spreading flyers about problems of small businessman and the tax system for individual entrepreneurs at one of the city markets. Mr. Tolchyn was taken to the tax control office and locked inside. The activist was not even allowed to go the restroom. The detention continued until deputy chief of Savetski borough police arrived to the market. He explained that the police detained Tolchyn for person identification.
