Hrodna police interrogated Tadeusz Gawin, honorary chairperson of the Union of Poles in Belarus. The investigators were interested in the activity of Anzhalika Borys, chairperson the the Union of Poles, which is not recognized by the authorities. Also many questions were asked about the details of publishing the Union newspaper Glos znad Niemna in Exile.
RFE/RL reports, Tadeusz Gawin used the right not to testify against himself and refused to give evidence.
Earlier, on September 28, the police interrogated Anzhalika Borys.
