According to RFE/RL
The court consideration of the administrative case against the activist of the Union of Poles in Belarus Mechyslau Iaskevich resumed. Mr Iaskevich is accused of hooliganism (he ostensibly hindered the work of the shooting crew of the regional TV that filmed the putting of flowers to the graves of Polish soldiers at the military cemetery of Hrodna).
It’s worth mentioning that on 22 August Hrodna Kastrychnitski Borough Court adopted the ruling that he was innocent and the case was stopped. Kastrychnitski Borough Prosecutor’s Office appealed this decision to Hrodna Regional Court, after which the case was returned for re-consideration.
