According to the BAJ press-service
The editorial board of the non-state magazine Arche demands from the court to annul the warnings that had been issued by the Ministry of Justice.
It’s worth mentioning that on 19 September the minister of information ruled to suspend the issue of the Arche magazine for three moths. The Ministry of Information asserts that by devoting one of its numbers to public and political issues the magazine changed its orientation without informing the ministry about it. In its suit the editorial board refers to the law On press in which it is stated that during registration editions are to provide only approximate description of the topics they would cover.
The trial will continue at 3 p.m. on 8 November.
