A deputy chairman of the United Civil Party Liudmila Hraznova has been denied registration as a candidate for deputy of Minsk city soviet in Pershamaiski constituency #53. As said in the election commission, signatures of dwellers of other constituency were found in her signature sheets.
’I was told that the per cent of such signatures is too high, and all my 405 signatures are invalid’, Hraznova told to the UCP press-service.
’This zeal of the commission could be explained by a political moment. They want to prevent me from further work with voters and from participation in the local election’, she believes. ‘Secondly, apparently another candidate running in this constituency is supported by the commission. He is helped to be registered to become a deputy.’
