UCP Member Aliaksandr Valchanin Complains to CEC against Distortion of His Biography by Inferior Election Commissions

On 9 January Aliaksandr Valchanin, a candidate from Zhodzina, filed a complaint to the Central Election Commission. ‘The circuit and the district election commissions didn’t specify that I am a participant of the liquidation of Chernobyl accident’s consequences. I also wrote in the complaint that during the whole agitation period the commission didn’t give me an opportunity to hold at least one meeting with workers of enterprises that are situated in my constituency, though the law obliges it to do it,’ said Mr Valchanin.
