Nina Shubina, chair of polling station commission #52 of Vitsebsk handed to the observer Valery Shchukin a written note to inform him that his stay at the polling station was limited to 1 hour. According to her, such decision was taken at a sitting of the election commission. Mr. Shukin tried to explain that it was a law violation Nina Shubina, who in her everyday life is the main ideologist of Moloko Ltd failed to explain which laws gave to the commission such a right. Instead they called the police, who led Mr. Shchukin out of the polling station. However, the well-known journalist and human rights activist stayed at the entrance and continued gathering information even despite the cold rain.
